Roadmap

Alpha11 adds optional shared chunks across named files and stored versions. The libarchive contribution is submitted as PR #3832. The next priorities are:

1. Submit the prepared Total Commander and Midnight Commander proposals after the user’s authorization for those contacts; confirm MC’s DCO sign-off.

2. Respond to libarchive review and settle the optional dependency and format ID.

3. Complete the independent project-wide task-qa and task-at audit.

4. Measure multi-gigabyte snapshot collections and harden interruption recovery.

5. Tune shared-chunk compression and mode selection against the documented public-source regression and edited-binary gains.
